Finance Manager

IBTIKAR Holding is seeking a strategic, experienced Finance Manager to join its Abu Dhabi team. This is a leadership-level role for someone with a strong track record in financial management, planning, and business strategy within a corporate environment.

You’ll take charge of financial operations, keep the organization compliant with accounting standards and UAE regulations, lead the finance team, and deliver insights that shape growth and long-term profitability.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Monitoring cash flow, financial performance, and cost control initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, and internal policies
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxation, and the general ledger
• Coordinating with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities
• Developing financial strategies that support growth and improve profitability
• Analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA qualification is highly preferred
• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years as a Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred; Arab nationals preferred
