Finance Manager

Al Fakhama Trading is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to take charge of financial operations across multiple companies spread over Asia and Europe. This position suits a finance professional who’s comfortable managing multi-entity operations, cross-border reporting, and the regulatory complexity that comes with working across several jurisdictions at once.

Based in Dubai but requiring regular international travel, the role sits at the center of a dynamic global business, giving the successful candidate real influence over financial governance and strategic decisions. Strengthening internal controls, supporting leadership with insight, and keeping every entity compliant will all fall under this remit — note that European nationals are preferred by the employer for this position.

Because the trading group spans multiple countries, this isn’t a desk-only role — expect to work closely with finance teams, auditors, banking partners, and tax advisors scattered across different regions, all while keeping the bigger financial picture coherent and well-governed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations across multiple trading companies in Asia and Europe
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax rules, and reporting obligations
• Build and maintain strong financial governance and internal controls
• Oversee cross-border financial structures and intercompany transactions
• Coordinate with finance teams and external advisors across countries
• Work closely with auditors, banking partners, legal consultants, and tax advisors
• Travel internationally to review financial operations and support business activities

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience managing finance across multiple companies or legal entities
• Strong background in cross-border finance and multi-jurisdictional reporting
• Trading company, international group, or holding company experience preferred
• ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA qualification required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
