Sales Marketing Executive

ZAFCON Solutions is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Deira, Dubai team, focused on growing sales in the glass and aluminium fabrication market.

You’ll build and maintain client relationships, generate new business, prepare quotations, and promote the company’s solutions to architects, contractors, and commercial clients — in a target-driven environment with strong growth potential.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads
• Promote the company’s glass, aluminium, and fabrication solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on customer inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends

What you’ll bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in the glass and aluminium industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
