Finance Manager

Fuse Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Group Head Office in Dubai. This on-site role is a strong opportunity for a finance professional ready to lead financial operations across the company’s UAE operating entities.

You’ll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and group consolidation while keeping financial controls tight and audit-ready. Candidates with multi-entity experience and a genuine drive to improve financial performance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial closing activities and prepare management accounts
• Oversee group financial consolidation across operating companies
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Coordinate payroll processes, WPS, and supplier payments
• Maintain internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness
• Prepare financial reports for shareholders and senior management

Requirements:

• Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent
• Multi-entity finance experience, preferably within the UAE
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Must already be based in the UAE
• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management skills
