A leading Dubai organization in the fashion retail space is looking for an experienced Finance Professional who knows what it takes to keep the numbers straight across a multi-outlet retail business. If you’ve managed finance for a high-volume retailer with several branches and can lead a team while you’re at it, this one’s for you.
You’ll take the reins on financial planning, reporting, budgeting and compliance, and you’ll be the person making sure financial controls hold firm across every outlet. Immediate or short-notice joiners will have an advantage.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing finance and accounting operations across multiple retail branches
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reports
- Monitoring cash flow and carrying out detailed financial analysis
- Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and financial reporting standards
- Coordinating audits and maintaining strong financial controls
- Managing banking relationships and supporting strategic financial planning
- Leading and supervising finance teams across retail operations
What you’ll bring
- At least 6 years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Mandatory experience within the Fashion Retail industry
- Proven track record managing finance across multiple retail outlets
- Experience leading finance teams in a high-volume business
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management and financial analysis
- Experience with audits, VAT compliance, banking relationships and financial controls
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
