Trump International Golf Club Dubai is growing its Fitness Centre team and looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals who genuinely care about health, wellness, and delivering outstanding member experiences.
Two roles are open: a Fitness Centre Manager to lead daily operations, and a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality one-on-one and group fitness services in a premium golf club environment.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the daily running of the Fitness Centre and swimming pool to maintain a safe, clean, premium environment
- Coach, supervise, and develop the fitness team to uphold service standards
- Conduct member fitness assessments and design personalized training programs
- Deliver personal training sessions and lead group fitness classes
- Motivate members and track their progress toward individual goals
- Promote fitness services, wellness initiatives, and member engagement activities
- Manage equipment maintenance, operational budgets, and external fitness partner coordination
- Ensure health, safety, and club service standards are consistently met
What you’ll bring:
- A certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience for the Manager role; fitness industry experience preferred for the Trainer role
- Commercial awareness and the ability to grow member engagement and revenue
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
