Receptionist

SACRA Dubai is looking for a polished, service-driven Male Receptionist to join its luxury hospitality team in Dubai.

You’ll be the welcoming first impression for every guest, managing front desk operations with professionalism and care in a premium wellness and hospitality setting. Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, high-end spas, or premium hospitality brands are strongly preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests warmly and represent the brand with a courteous, professional manner
• Manage front desk operations and deliver consistent, high-quality guest service
• Handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally
• Keep the reception area well-organized and uphold the company’s luxury standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

What you’ll bring:

• Proven front desk or front office experience in a luxury hotel, high-end spa, wellness club, or premium hospitality brand in the UAE
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Well-groomed presentation with a positive, professional attitude
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available for a face-to-face interview
