Job Overview
Abu Alnaga Group is looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to join its team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong front-desk experience who can manage client interactions and support office operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and investors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar schedules
- Handle visitor registration and maintain reception area organization
- Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup
- Maintain professional communication across all front-office activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
- Mandatory experience in real estate, property development, or construction industry
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and scheduling tools
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM or property management systems is a plus
