Job Overview
Al Khaldi is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead fleet and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia. The role suits professionals with extensive experience managing heavy trucks, tankers, vehicle operations and driver teams.
You will oversee fleet performance, maintenance planning, driver management, safety compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet and transportation operations for smooth, efficient performance
- Oversee heavy trucks, tankers and preventive maintenance programmes
- Monitor driver performance, safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Introduce cost control measures and track fleet KPIs
- Use GPS tracking and operational data to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policy, safety requirements and local regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of experience in fleet or transportation management
- At least 3 to 5 years in a Fleet Manager or similar leadership role
- Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of local transport regulations preferred
