Minar Holdings is looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who already has hands-on experience with UAE customs clearance and fleet operations, and who’s ready to keep a busy logistics operation running smoothly.
You’ll help coordinate fleet activities, keep customs clearance processes on track, and support daily operational needs across the team. Applicants need to be currently based in the UAE and ready to join without delay.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating daily fleet operations and transportation activities
- Managing UAE customs clearance documentation and procedures
- Monitoring fleet schedules and supporting overall operational efficiency
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep operations on schedule
- Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
What we’re looking for
- Proven, mandatory experience in UAE customs clearance
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join promptly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, fleet coordination and logistics operations
