Goodwill Clinic is looking for a motivated Front Office Executive to join its healthcare team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a patient-focused professional who thrives in a busy clinical environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, health insurance documentation, and administrative support, all while ensuring a smooth and welcoming clinic experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk coordination
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
  • Process health insurance documentation and coordinate related admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate patient records with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth clinic operations
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of health insurance processing and related documentation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Hindi and/or Urdu is preferred
