Goodwill Clinic is looking for a motivated Front Office Executive to join its healthcare team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a patient-focused professional who thrives in a busy clinical environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, health insurance documentation, and administrative support, all while ensuring a smooth and welcoming clinic experience.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk coordination
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
- Process health insurance documentation and coordinate related admin tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth clinic operations
- Provide general administrative and office support as required
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of health insurance processing and related documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Hindi and/or Urdu is preferred
