SLS Production is looking for a well-organized Receptionist & Document Controller to join its growing Dubai team, supporting both front desk operations and company document management.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the office while also keeping records and filing systems accurate and up to date — ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in their workday.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and email inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier coordination
  • Maintain organized company records, documents, and filing systems
  • Ensure document control procedures including version management are followed
  • Coordinate with internal departments on document submissions and approvals
  • Monitor office supplies and keep the reception area presentable at all times

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–3 years in reception, administration, or document control
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous UAE work experience preferred
