Hill Crest Real Estate is growing its Dubai team and looking for ambitious, results-driven Real Estate Consultants who are passionate about the UAE property market.

You’ll help clients find the right properties to buy, sell, or lease — whether residential, investment, or off-plan — in a performance-driven environment backed by premium property portfolios, qualified leads, and full marketing support.

What you’ll do:

• Help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, and buyers
• Conduct property viewings and share market insights with clients
• Generate new business through networking and proactive lead follow-up
• Stay current on market trends, project launches, and property values
• Negotiate transactions while delivering excellent customer service throughout
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

What you’ll bring:

• Previous real estate sales or property consulting experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to hit sales targets
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a clear advantage
