FIGO Restaurant
FIGO Restaurant is looking for a General Accountant to join our team in Dubai Creek Harbour. If you’ve spent at least five years in UAE accounting — ideally in the restaurant or hospitality world — and you’re ready to take ownership of the numbers behind a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role for someone who’s organised, detail-driven, and happy to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll handle the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping that keeps everything running smoothly. That means preparing sales, revenue, and management reports, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling bank, cash, POS, and card transactions. You’ll also monitor restaurant costs and inventory, prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax records, and support payroll, petty cash, and budgeting. It’s a hands-on role where your accuracy and initiative will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE
- Restaurant or hospitality accounting background
- Must already be based in Dubai
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Comfortable with accounting software and Excel
- Experience with restaurant cost and inventory control
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
