HOMAN Contracting is looking for a Treasury Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. If you have 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting and you thrive on managing cash flow, banking relationships, and financial accuracy, this full-time role could be the perfect next step in your career. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage the day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, payments, banking, and liquidity. You’ll prepare cash position reports and forecasts, review transactions and reconciliations, and maintain clear, accurate documentation. You’ll also process treasury transactions in the ERP system and coordinate with banks, suppliers, and overseas teams. As part of the finance function, you’ll support month-end close and reporting, making sure everything is accurate and on time.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
- Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with banking, cash management, and reconciliations
- Good analytical and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail
- CMA or IFRS studies preferred
- UAE or international finance experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
