General Manager

Our client is now recruiting for a General Manager for International 5 star Sushi Fine Dining . This position will be based in Riyadh-Saudi ArabiaYou will be s responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant. A desire to provide exceptional customer service in a luxury atmosphere is a must .Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily food and beverage service operations and ensure quality standards for foods.Monitor inventory levels, bar equipment, and other supplies as needed.Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of the establishments in accordance with state and local regulations.Recommend and administer food and beverage service procedures and service standards.Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel.Ensure compliance by all food service personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationshipsResponsible for managing departmental profit and loss (P&L) complex data.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation:High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.Experience:3 years minimum prior GM and Fine-Dining experience- Japanese Restaurant backgrounds is mandatory to be considered for this role.Preference will be give to Native Japanese candidates.
