General Surgery Registrar

Saudi German Hospital Dubai is expanding its surgical team and is seeking a committed General Surgery Registrar to join the roster. This is a role for a medical professional who wants to work closely with experienced surgeons in a well-regarded hospital environment while delivering genuinely high standards of patient care.

You’ll be hands-on in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with general surgical conditions, assisting in operations, and supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. A valid DHA License, DHA Eligibility Letter, or transferable UAE medical license is required, along with residency training or a relevant postgraduate qualification in General Surgery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assessing and managing patients with a wide range of general surgical conditions under senior supervision
• Assisting in surgical procedures and delivering thorough pre- and post-operative care
• Conducting examinations, taking medical histories, and helping shape treatment plans with the surgical team
• Taking part in emergency surgical assessments, ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and on-call duties
• Keeping accurate medical records in line with hospital standards

What You’ll Bring

• A recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)
• Residency training or a relevant postgraduate qualification in General Surgery
• A valid DHA License, DHA Eligibility Letter, or transferable UAE medical license
• Relevant clinical experience in General Surgery, ideally at a recognized healthcare facility
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
