Learning & Development Executive

Excellence Driving Centre in Al Qusais, Dubai, is looking for an energetic Learning & Development Executive to help its people grow. If you get genuine satisfaction from watching employees level up their skills and you enjoy standing in front of a room delivering training, this role was built for you.

You’ll spot skill gaps across the organization, design and deliver training that actually moves the needle, and coach individuals toward stronger performance. It’s a role that blends people skills with structure — planning calendars, gathering feedback, and continuously refining the learning experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running performance reviews and supporting employee development plans
• Identifying training needs and designing or delivering programs to close the gaps
• Coaching and mentoring employees toward stronger performance and growth
• Building and managing training calendars and schedules
• Delivering presentations and facilitating engaging learning sessions
• Gathering feedback on training and using it to sharpen future programs
• Supporting broader organizational development and operational excellence efforts

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
• Solid experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Training Delivery, or Performance Improvement
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate training activities
• A genuine passion for employee development and continuous learning
