Operations Executive

Annex Relocations, a busy player in Dubai’s relocation and logistics space, is on the lookout for a proactive Operations Executive to keep its day-to-day operations moving smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy juggling clients, vendors, and internal teams without dropping the ball, this could be your next move.

You’ll be the operational hub for scheduling, service delivery, and problem-solving, stepping in wherever things need fixing to keep customers happy. A background in relocation, moving, or shipping is a bonus but not a dealbreaker — strong organizational instincts and Excel skills matter just as much.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating daily operational activities across clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Managing schedules and operational tasks to keep service delivery on track
• Resolving operational hiccups and keeping workflow smooth across departments
• Maintaining clear, consistent communication with customers and stakeholders
• Preparing reports and maintaining operational records in Microsoft Office
• Contributing ideas to improve operational processes and customer service

What You’ll Bring

• Strong people-handling and communication skills
• Solid coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage clients, teams, vendors, and daily operations at once
• A proactive, responsible, target-oriented mindset
• Good negotiation skills and eagerness to keep learning
• Experience in relocation, moving, or shipping is a plus
