Major Developments, a real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join its growing marketing team. This is a role for someone who translates ideas into compelling visuals — from digital campaigns to branded print materials — and who takes brand consistency seriously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually impactful materials for digital and print marketing channels.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and assorted visual assets.
- Partner with marketing and other internal teams to understand design briefs and deliver on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
- Refine and update graphics based on feedback and project iterations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Keep pace with current design trends and emerging creative techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Previous graphic design experience is preferred; a strong portfolio is required.
- Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, and brand identity.
- Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Sharp attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; based in Dubai and able to work on-site.
