Graphic Designer

Major Developments, a real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join its growing marketing team. This is a role for someone who translates ideas into compelling visuals — from digital campaigns to branded print materials — and who takes brand consistency seriously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually impactful materials for digital and print marketing channels.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and assorted visual assets.
• Partner with marketing and other internal teams to understand design briefs and deliver on time.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
• Refine and update graphics based on feedback and project iterations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Keep pace with current design trends and emerging creative techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Previous graphic design experience is preferred; a strong portfolio is required.
• Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, and brand identity.
• Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Sharp attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; based in Dubai and able to work on-site.
