Pavilion Palace Hotel is seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join its Front Office team in Dubai. If you love creating memorable first impressions and thrive on solving guest requests with a smile, this front-of-house role puts you right at the center of the guest experience.
You’ll manage the full front office journey — from warm welcomes and smooth check-ins to attentive check-outs — while keeping guest records accurate and coordinating seamlessly with other hotel departments. Experience with IDSNext and Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and providing professional front office assistance
- Handling guest check-in, check-out, and daily reception activities
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintaining accurate guest records using the hotel’s property management system
- Coordinating with other departments for a seamless guest experience
- Delivering excellent customer service in line with hotel standards
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office role
- Hands-on experience with IDSNext
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, positive approach to guest service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment
