Damos Group is looking for a creative, enthusiastic Content Creator to join its Business Bay team in Dubai. Whether you’re a fresher itching to break into content creation or an experienced creator looking for your next challenge, this role offers real room to grow within real estate and digital marketing.
You’ll be at the heart of the brand’s social presence, dreaming up trending content ideas, writing punchy captions and scripts, and shooting and editing videos that stop the scroll. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and real estate teams to bring campaigns to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating engaging Reels, videos, and social media content
- Developing fresh, trending content ideas across multiple platforms
- Writing compelling hooks, captions, and short-form video scripts
- Shooting and editing high-quality video content
- Planning and managing a consistent content calendar
- Staying on top of the latest social media trends and formats
- Collaborating with marketing and real estate teams on engaging campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- A creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to create engaging short-form content
- Good video shooting and editing skills
- A strong eye for visuals and storytelling
