Room Attendant

Mercure Gold Hotel Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes real pride in spotless rooms and genuinely enjoys creating a welcoming stay for every guest.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the hotel’s exacting standards, handling everything from bed making to guest amenity replenishment, all while keeping a professional, courteous presence throughout the property. Candidates already in Dubai and ready to start immediately are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to hotel standards and SOPs
• Performing bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care
• Replenishing linen, towels, guest amenities, and room supplies
• Operating housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently
• Reporting maintenance issues, room damages, and Lost & Found items promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness while respecting guest privacy and comfort
• Delivering courteous, professional service in every guest interaction

What you’ll bring:

• Previous Room Attendant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of guestroom cleaning, bed making, and bedding standards
• Experience in bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care
• Comfortable using housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and safety procedures
• Understanding of hotel SOPs, guest privacy, grooming, and etiquette
• A hardworking, detail-oriented team player
• Currently based in Dubai with availability to join immediately
