Job Overview
SenseTime is expanding its UAE operations and is recruiting Guest Associates, Sales Associates and Photographers for entertainment destinations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The position combines guest service, photography and sales. Team members will welcome visitors, take photographs using DSLR cameras, introduce photography packages and AI-powered imaging experiences, and help guests select and purchase images or related products. One to two years of experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment or photography is preferred. Photography training will be provided where needed, making the opportunity suitable for people who are keen to learn new technology and work in a guest-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide helpful, friendly service throughout their experience.
- Take creative, high-quality photographs using DSLR cameras and available photography systems.
- Introduce and sell photography packages, digital images, AI-powered experiences and souvenirs.
- Help guests review, choose and purchase photographs and related products.
- Work towards individual sales targets and support the location’s revenue goals.
- Operate cameras, photography systems, kiosks and point-of-sale terminals.
- Look after equipment and retail displays and follow operational and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with colleagues to deliver a consistent guest experience.
Requirements and Skills
- Have one to two years of experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment or photography; this is preferred.
- Communicate confidently and provide strong customer service.
- Be energetic, sales-oriented and comfortable working towards targets.
- Show an interest in photography, technology and guest experiences.
- Experience with DSLR cameras or POS systems is an advantage.
- Be willing to learn new photography technologies and work shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Be flexible to work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Al Ain according to operational needs.
Qualifications
No specific academic qualification is stated. Practical customer-service and sales ability are important, while photography training will be provided where required.
Employment Details
