Job Overview
PXP is looking for an experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to work in Dubai, with the role based in the Jumeirah Village Circle area. The opportunity is intended for an agent who understands Dubai’s resale property market and can build relationships with property owners, win listings and guide clients through purchase and sale transactions. The position involves active prospecting, client communication, negotiation and follow-up. Access to property-owner data is available to support prospecting and listing activity. Candidates should be self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work towards sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build professional relationships with property owners, buyers and other prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities and secure listings in Dubai’s secondary residential property market.
- Carry out prospecting activities and develop a consistent pipeline of potential business.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process and provide informed, professional assistance.
- Negotiate transaction terms and work towards completing sales efficiently.
- Maintain accurate information about property listings, leads and client communications.
Requirements and Skills
- Have previous experience as a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Understand the local resale market and the process of acquiring property listings.
- Be confident approaching property owners and developing new relationships.
- Have strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Be self-motivated, ambitious and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and commitment to business growth.
Qualifications
No specific academic qualification is stated. Relevant experience in Dubai secondary-market real estate, property-owner prospecting and transaction negotiation is the main professional requirement.
Employment Details
Full-time role based in JVC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The estimated earning range is AED 8,000–20,000+ per month, plus commission. Earnings may depend on performance and completed transactions. Experienced agents should send their CV to the email in the application field.
