Job Overview
The Hair Transplant Specialist will deliver professional hair restoration services, from initial patient assessment through treatment planning, procedure delivery, and follow-up care. The role requires sound clinical judgement, practical experience with hair transplantation techniques, and a strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and informed communication. The specialist will work closely with the wider medical team to maintain consistent clinical standards and a positive patient experience. The role requires professional communication, teamwork, and consistent attention to quality, safety, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, discuss clinical needs, and develop suitable treatment plans.
- Perform hair transplant and restoration procedures in line with approved protocols.
- Explain pre-procedure preparation, aftercare, and recovery expectations to patients.
- Monitor recovery, arrange follow-up reviews, and maintain complete clinical records.
- Apply infection prevention measures and comply with patient safety procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to support continuity of care.
Requirements and Skills
- At least two years of practical hair transplantation experience.
- Valid DHA licence for the relevant specialist role is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to perform procedures and assess patients professionally.
- Knowledge of hair restoration techniques, aftercare, and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication, patient counselling, and decision-making skills.
- A professional, safety-focused approach; Filipino nationality is preferred.
