Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
Job Overview
The Site Foreman will supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and construction activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, accurately, and according to the approved drawings and schedule. This position involves coordinating tradespeople, subcontractors, materials, and site requirements while keeping the project manager informed about progress and any issues that could affect delivery. The ideal candidate combines practical site knowledge with organized communication and workforce management. The role requires professional communication, teamwork, and consistent attention to quality, safety, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and supervise interior fit-out execution.
- Allocate manpower and coordinate subcontractors and trade teams.
- Check work against approved shop drawings, layouts, quality requirements, and schedules.
- Report progress, safety issues, delays, and technical concerns to the project manager.
- Monitor material use, tools, housekeeping, and the organization of the worksite.
- Promote safe working practices and address quality concerns promptly.
Requirements and Skills
- Civil, architectural engineering, or related diploma/degree.
- At least two years of site supervision experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Ability to read shop drawings and interpret site layouts.
- Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Strong communication, workforce coordination, and quality awareness.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
