Lead daily bar operations for a new Japanese food-truck concept in Al Raha Gardens, Khalifa City, while maintaining high standards for coffee, specialty beverages and customer service. Responsibilities include beverage preparation, recipe development, seasonal drink creation, stock monitoring, quality control and staff training. The Head Barista will coach the bar team, maintain hygiene and food-safety standards and help create an engaging guest experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary: AED 5,500–8,000/Month (Estimated)
