Manage, troubleshoot and support enterprise network infrastructure across onsite and remote environments. Responsibilities include configuring LAN/WAN networks and Cisco, Aruba and Alcatel switches; managing Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, NAT and security policies; troubleshooting VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACL and link-aggregation issues; and handling incidents involving connectivity, latency and performance. The engineer will also support upgrades and migrations, maintain backups and documentation, coordinate escalations with ISPs/OEMs and prepare RCA reports. CCNA/CCNP and a valid UAE driving licence are required.
