IP Medical Coder

Assign accurate inpatient medical codes by reviewing clinical documentation and applying relevant coding standards and guidelines. The position requires careful review of medical records, maintenance of patient-data confidentiality and coordination with healthcare professionals to resolve coding queries. The coder will also support accurate documentation for billing and reimbursement while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory requirements. Attention to detail, analytical ability and healthcare documentation knowledge are important for success.
