Supervise workshop maintenance, repair, fabrication and installation activities in a marine, shipyard, offshore or heavy-industrial environment. The supervisor will lead technicians, mechanics, fabricators and subcontractors; coordinate with engineering, HSE and QA/QC teams; manage manpower, materials, tools and equipment; and monitor progress against drawings and schedules. The role also includes inspections, technical troubleshooting, reporting, housekeeping and ensuring workshop activities comply with safety, quality and company procedures.

Salary: AED 6,000–9,000 (Estimated)
