Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver efficient service and consistently strong guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will supervise and train staff, manage customer concerns, monitor inventory and operational requirements, coordinate kitchen and service teams, and ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards are maintained. Experience in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine is preferred, along with UAE F&B exposure and the ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 (Estimated)
