We’re looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Holiday Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of holiday home apartments across Dubai. This is a great entry point into hospitality and property management, with full on-the-job training provided, so no prior experience is required.
You’ll be the face of the guest experience, managing check-ins and check-outs, keeping properties guest-ready, and coordinating with cleaners, technicians, and building management to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a hands-on, people-facing role for someone who’s dependable and enjoys variety in their workday.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicating with guests via WhatsApp and phone
- Completing online guest registration processes
- Inspecting apartments before arrivals and after departures
- Coordinating cleaning schedules and maintenance requests
- Handling basic maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
- Managing inventory, keys, access cards, and essential supplies
- Keeping apartments clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready
- Liaising with cleaners, technicians, and building management teams
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 12th Grade / Higher Secondary (FSC); Bachelor’s/BS degree holders welcome
- Good English communication skills
- A responsible, punctual, and trustworthy attitude with eagerness to learn
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Comfort using smartphones and basic online applications
- Ability to travel between multiple properties across Dubai
- UAE driving license preferred; a valid UAE visa is welcome
- No prior experience in hospitality, holiday homes, or property management required
