Roasters Specialty Coffee House is growing in Dubai and has four different roles open at once: Outlet Manager, Waiters, Barista, and Chef de Partie (CDP). If you love hospitality and specialty coffee and want to be part of a team that’s genuinely expanding, there’s likely a spot here that fits you.

Across all four roles, the common thread is the same: a passion for guest experience, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and previous UAE hospitality experience.

• Outlet Manager (est. AED 6,000-9,000)
• Waiters (est. AED 2,500-3,500)
• Barista (est. AED 2,800-4,000)
• Chef de Partie / CDP (est. AED 4,500-6,500)

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
• Carrying out your role’s duties efficiently and to a high standard
• Working closely with the rest of the team to keep operations running smoothly
• Following company standards for quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction
• Contributing to a positive, welcoming workplace

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in the same or a similar position
• Previous UAE hospitality experience
• A genuine passion for guest experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting
