Roasters Specialty Coffee House is growing in Dubai and has four different roles open at once: Outlet Manager, Waiters, Barista, and Chef de Partie (CDP). If you love hospitality and specialty coffee and want to be part of a team that’s genuinely expanding, there’s likely a spot here that fits you.

- Outlet Manager (est. AED 6,000-9,000)
- Waiters (est. AED 2,500-3,500)
- Barista (est. AED 2,800-4,000)
- Chef de Partie / CDP (est. AED 4,500-6,500)
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Carrying out your role’s duties efficiently and to a high standard
- Working closely with the rest of the team to keep operations running smoothly
- Following company standards for quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to a positive, welcoming workplace
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in the same or a similar position
- Previous UAE hospitality experience
- A genuine passion for guest experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting
