A 4-star hotel in Dubai is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes real pride in a spotless property and knows how to get the best out of a team. If you’ve supervised housekeeping before and are ready to join right away, this could be your next move.

You’ll be overseeing the daily housekeeping operation across guest rooms and public areas, coaching your team and making sure the hotel’s standards never slip, even on the busiest days.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities
• Managing housekeeping staff and keeping the workflow efficient
• Maintaining cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public spaces
• Monitoring quality and making sure hotel procedures are followed
• Supporting training and guiding housekeeping staff day to day
• Keeping housekeeping records and reports up to date

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to supervise a team and keep service standards high
• Currently available in the UAE, ready to join immediately
