Job Overview
JJ Chicken is expanding its restaurant team in Dubai and is inviting customer-focused, energetic candidates to apply for several full-time opportunities. The available positions are Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Barista / Cashier, Waiter / Waitress, and Back-of-House Kitchen Crew. The estimated monthly salary range is AED 2,500–8,000, depending on the position and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- For management and supervisory roles, support shift coordination, daily restaurant operations, and service standards.
- For barista and cashier roles, prepare or serve beverages as required, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling.
- For waiter and waitress roles, welcome guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond courteously to customer requests.
- For kitchen crew roles, assist with food preparation and keep work areas and equipment clean.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices throughout the shift.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to keep service efficient and create a positive guest experience.
- Follow company procedures and help maintain a welcoming, professional restaurant environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree depending on the position.
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage, restaurant, or retail experience is beneficial.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and provide attentive customer service.
