Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome every guest upon arrival with genuine warmth, a polished presentation, and an instinctive sense of hospitality that sets the tone for their entire dining experience.
• Manage reservations, guest walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently using the restaurant’s booking and table management systems, minimising wait times and maximising table flow.
• Proactively communicate with the restaurant team — including floor managers and waitstaff — to ensure seamless guest handover, accurate table readiness, and smooth service throughout each shift.
• Attend to guest queries, special requests, and celebration arrangements with attention to detail and a genuine desire to go above and beyond standard expectations.
• Maintain a composed, elegant presence throughout service, upholding Jun’s Dubai’s high standards of personal presentation, conduct, and hospitality etiquette.
• Monitor the arrival and departure flow of guests, adjusting seating strategies during peak periods to maintain an efficient and enjoyable atmosphere for all diners.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, escalating to management when necessary.
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture backstage.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in a hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house role within a premium restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills — naturally warm, articulate, and comfortable engaging with a diverse, high-end clientele.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with a premium dining environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask calmly and effectively during busy service periods.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a strong plus given Dubai’s international dining scene.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and an innate desire to make people feel special.
