Novikov Café at Dubai Mall is searching for a Hostess who genuinely lights up a room. If greeting guests, managing a busy floor, and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience sounds like your kind of work, this role puts you right at the center of the action in one of Dubai’s most visited dining destinations.

As the first person guests meet, you’ll set the pace for their entire visit — so a warm smile, quick thinking under pressure, and genuine hospitality instincts matter more here than almost anywhere else in the restaurant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting every guest with a warm, professional welcome
• Managing arrivals, table assignments, and reservations smoothly
• Creating a strong first impression while maintaining excellent service standards
• Coordinating with the floor team to keep guest flow seamless
• Answering guest questions and pointing them in the right direction
• Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
