A well-established Dubai organization is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Finance & Accounts team, and they’re specifically after a Chartered Accountant who has already proven themselves on UAE soil. If you’ve got a solid grip on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and you’re ready to take on a role with real ownership, this one’s worth a closer look.
You’ll be running key parts of the finance function — closing the books each month, producing the reports leadership relies on, and making sure the company stays on the right side of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. There’s also real scope to influence how things get done, from ERP improvements to finance automation initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling monthly financial close, including provisions and accruals
- Producing financial statements, MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and business analysis
- Overseeing receivables, payables, working capital, and banking operations
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Keeping the business compliant with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory obligations
- Supporting internal and external audits and board-level reporting
- Championing process improvements and finance system upgrades
What you’ll bring:
- CA qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- UAE work experience is a must
- Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and ERP systems
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities against firm deadlines
Good to know: AED 12,000–15,000 per month, full-time, based in Dubai.
