Noor Al Mamzar Medical Center is on the lookout for a warm, well-spoken Receptionist to be the first face patients see when they walk through the door. You’ll sit at the heart of the clinic’s day-to-day operations — greeting patients, juggling appointments, fielding calls, and generally keeping things organized behind the scenes so the medical team can focus on care. It’s a role that rewards patience, a friendly manner, and genuinely good multitasking instincts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment book, phone lines, and patient queries
- Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
- Owning front-desk duties and delivering consistently good service
- Making sure the reception area always looks tidy and welcoming
What you’ll bring:
- Prior experience in reception or customer service, ideally in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and people skills, with good spoken English
- A friendly, professional, can-do attitude
- Comfort managing appointments, calls, and inquiries simultaneously
- Solid organizational skills — you don’t let things slip
- Availability to start immediately is an advantage
Good to know: AED 3,000–4,500 per month (estimated), full-time, based in Dubai.
