You’ll manage the flow of the dining room from the door — welcoming guests, coordinating seating, and setting the tone for the premium experience the restaurant is known for. Confidence, professionalism, and an eye for detail carry a lot of weight in this role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Managing seating arrangements for a smooth dining experience
- Delivering excellent customer service in line with premium hospitality standards
- Coordinating with the restaurant team to support daily operations
- Handling guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Keeping the atmosphere welcoming for every visitor
