Sadaf Group, an established name in interior fit-out and contracting, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help fuel its next phase of growth in Dubai. You’ll be the one out front — spotting opportunities, opening doors, and turning conversations into signed contracts.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and relationship management: understanding what clients, consultants and contractors actually need, then working closely with the Estimation, Design and Project teams to turn that understanding into winning proposals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Generating leads and acquiring new clients for interior fit-out projects
- Building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and partners
- Arranging meetings, presentations and regular client follow-ups
- Coordinating with Estimation, Design and Project teams on client requirements
- Preparing business proposals and supporting commercial negotiations
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline against assigned targets
- Conducting market research to uncover new project opportunities
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- UAE interior fit-out or construction industry experience preferred
- An existing client network in the UAE is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A target-driven, self-motivated approach
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
