Junior Accountant

Zed Living, a growing name in Dubai’s real estate sector, is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. If you’re early in your accounting career and want hands-on exposure to real estate finance, this role offers a solid foundation to build on.

You’ll be involved in the full rhythm of day-to-day accounting — from reconciliations and supplier invoices to tenant ledgers and VAT documentation — while working closely with the Senior Accountant during month-end close and audit preparation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable and data entry
• Supporting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing expense summaries, payment schedules and basic financial reports
• Processing supplier invoices, utility bills and petty cash transactions
• Updating tenant ledgers and assisting with rent collection follow-ups
• Supporting WPS salary processing and commission calculations
• Assisting with VAT preparation and financial documentation
• Coordinating with the Senior Accountant during month-end closing
• Preparing files for external audits

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• UAE real estate experience is mandatory
• Basic understanding of UAE accounting practices
• Familiarity with accounting software; Zoho experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
