HRM Recruitment LLC is looking for a confident, motivated Sales / Customer Service Executive to help grow its client base across the UAE. You’ll be the voice that turns cold calls into long-term client relationships and drives the company’s recruitment and manpower solutions forward.
The role calls for someone who’s genuinely comfortable on the phone — outbound calling, following up leads, and building rapport with businesses who need manpower solutions. Recruitment or staffing industry exposure is a bonus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential clients
- Promoting HRM’s recruitment and manpower solutions
- Generating new leads and building long-term client relationships
- Following up with prospects and converting opportunities into business
- Understanding client manpower needs and liaising with the recruitment team
- Maintaining professional communication via calls, WhatsApp and email
- Working towards assigned sales and client acquisition targets
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and handling client conversations
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset
- Recruitment or manpower industry experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English plus an Indian language
- Dubai-based candidates preferred
