Jumeirah Pest Control Services is looking for an experienced, certified Pest Control Engineer to lead technical operations across its Dubai portfolio. This is a role for someone who knows pest management inside out and takes compliance and quality seriously.
You’ll oversee field technicians, run site inspections, and make the call on treatment plans, all while keeping operations aligned with Dubai Municipality regulations and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) best practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising technicians to ensure treatments meet company and Dubai Municipality standards
- Conducting site inspections and recommending treatment plans
- Preparing inspection reports and follow-up action plans
- Monitoring pesticide, material and equipment stock, storage and usage
- Coordinating client complaints, callbacks and corrective actions with Quality and Operations
- Ensuring compliance with IPM practices, HSE procedures and municipal regulations
- Supporting operational planning and technician performance monitoring
What you’ll bring:
- Valid Dubai Municipality certification for General Pest Control and Termite Control
- Fumigation certification preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pest control experience
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods and safety requirements
- Good communication, reporting and team management skills
