A 4-star hotel in Dubai needs a Housekeeping Coordinator to keep its housekeeping department running like clockwork. This is a coordination-heavy role for someone who’s organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the communication hub between housekeeping staff and the rest of the hotel.
You’ll be the point of contact who keeps daily tasks on schedule, supplies stocked, and standards consistent across all guest and public areas — someone the housekeeping team can rely on to keep things moving smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and support the wider team
- Help maintain cleanliness and service-quality standards across hotel areas
- Communicate with housekeeping staff to keep tasks on schedule
- Act as the coordination point between housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Track and report on housekeeping supplies and inventory
What you bring
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview
- Able to join immediately
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
