Inventory Head (Building Materials)

A leading Dubai-based building materials supplier is looking for an experienced Inventory Head to take charge of stock operations across multiple warehouses and retail branches. This senior role suits someone who has spent years managing inventory in a trading or distribution environment and knows how to balance stock availability against the cost of carrying excess.

You’ll set the inventory strategy for the business, keep warehouse teams aligned, and make sure the numbers on the system match what’s actually on the shelves.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage overall inventory operations across multiple warehouses and retail branches
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory control
• Develop strategies to optimise stock availability and cut shortages or excess
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and other departments for smooth operations
• Roll out inventory management procedures that improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records and produce regular reports

What you bring

• 8–10 years of inventory management experience
• Building materials trading experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record managing inventory across multiple warehouses and retail branches
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills
