Job Description:
UCWF Facilities Management LLC is seeking a committed and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee facility cleanliness and ensure smooth daily housekeeping operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing teams within FM or hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep
• Coordinate daily tasks, staff duty rosters, and site-specific requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and company standards
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits (valid UAE driving license required)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or supervisory housekeeping roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
• Availability to work on weekends or public holidays when required
