Housekeeping Supervisor

Innovations Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver an outstanding experience for clients and guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and monitor team performance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide coaching to improve staff performance.
• Monitor attendance, housekeeping logs, inventory, and key control records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely repairs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports, work orders, and documentation for events and daily operations.
• Monitor operational expenses and assist with budget control initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality, commercial facilities, or a similar environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
