Job Overview
Marriott Hotel Production City is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate housekeeping operations and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. The role is suited to a candidate with supervisory experience in a five-star or luxury hotel and relevant UAE or GCC hospitality experience. The estimated salary is AED 4,500–6,500 per month. Immediate joiners are preferred.
The successful applicant will organize daily assignments, guide team members, inspect guest rooms and public spaces, and help ensure that the property consistently meets expected standards. The supervisor should be confident communicating with staff, following up on guest requests, and addressing housekeeping issues without delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness requirements.
- Guide, train, and motivate housekeeping colleagues to maintain consistent performance.
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces and follow up on issues identified.
- Coordinate room assignments, staff schedules, and daily departmental activities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team.
- Monitor supplies, work progress, and housekeeping procedures to support efficient operations.
- Encourage safe working practices and professional standards across the team.
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a five-star or luxury hotel.
- Relevant hospitality experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and staff-supervision skills.
- Detailed understanding of hotel housekeeping procedures and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to balance quality checks, team coordination, and guest satisfaction.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
