Job Description
Arabian Industries LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with strong administrative capabilities, knowledge of human resource processes, and a commitment to supporting efficient employee management functions.
The successful candidate will assist with daily HR operations, employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily human resources and administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and employee-related documents
- Ensure accurate record keeping and document management
- Assist with onboarding and employee administration processes
- Support compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Support employee engagement and general HR initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee records management
- Experience supporting recruitment and hiring activities
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
