Reception & Reservations Manager

Paris Paradis Restaurant is seeking an experienced Reception & Reservations Manager to lead its front-of-house reservations and guest reception operations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a luxury dining environment.

The successful candidate will manage reservations, welcome guests professionally, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house teams. Candidates with Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of reservation management systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reception and reservations operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer service.
• Handle reservation requests, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate booking records using reservation management systems.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service operations.
• Support front-of-house activities and maintain high hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality venues.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• French, Arabic, or Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of reservation management systems, especially SevenRooms.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations, guest relations and front-of-house management, and reservation systems and booking coordination.
