We are looking for HR Coordinator for UAE Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day HR related work and dealing with staff. Staff leaves processing, attendance preparation, employee request, posting the advert in the job portals and scheduling the interviews. Responsible for preparing end of service benefits, leave settlements, advance to employee, etc as per eligibility, company policy and related UAE labor law. Ability to preparing the offer letters and having proper coordination with candidate till the joining. Coordinating new joiner’s accommodation and transportation arrangements. Handling sim card issuance, site staff allocation, preparing warning letters. Handling the issuance of HR forms to staffs and coordinate with visa and labor card renewal process. Enable to interaction with other departments, managing relevant record (database) of employees and identify areas that require improvement.
